This section of my blog will contain important resources that I believe will assist victims and survivors of these heinous crimes. I will only post information that I have vetted and I’m certain will assist you.

What do I mean by important resources?
- A booklet from Rape Crisis Centre Cape Town called you& rape. This booklet helped me greatly. It clearly explains what rape is, it clear up rape myths and misconceptions that we have, it explains to you what you need to do, and what you should not do, etc.This booklet is written in English but has also been translated into Afrikaans and Xhosa.
- I will compile a contact list of individuals, hospitals and organisation that I know will be able to assist you in your recovery journey.
- I will also post links that should give you an idea of your legal rights in your various countries.
- I will also post any other information that I find that I think will be of assistance to you.
